I do my absolute best to provide 100% customer satisfaction and customer service. I put in a lot of time and pride into my work. Each item is customized and prepared especially for you with lots of care and love. For this reason, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. No exchanges or refunds. If I am responsible for a mistake with your order, it will be treated on a case to case basis. PRETTY FRESH KREATIONS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR DAMAGED JEWELRY RESULTING FROM POOR CARE.
It is up to you to take care of and maintain your jewelry. Please Adhere to the care instructions included in your package.
PROCESSING:
Orders are only processed Monday-Friday. Please allow 1-3 weeks for custom orders to be produced and shipped and 2-4 days for pre-made jewelry to be shipped. I do not currently accept rush orders. Orders are produced in the order in which they are received. I do not adhere to time frame requests outside of the 1-3 week turnaround period, so please give yourself plenty of time. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekend and holidays
SHIPPING:
Shipping on all orders is currently free!
When your order has been shipped you will receive your tracking information to track your package. If your package says delivered and you have not received it go to your local post office.
Please make sure your name and address is inserted correctly. I am not responsible for incorrect shipping information or delay by the postal service.
